Christmas Pay Information 2020

 Hours worked during week ending 20th December (or to Saturday 19th December), for the majority of our clients will be paid Thursday 24th December.

 Hours worked during week ending 27th December (or to Saturday 26th December), will be paid on Thursday 31st December.

 If you clock/sign in and out, it is your responsibility to ensure you have followed the correct procedure, if you are not sure please speak to your Recruitment Consultant.  If you have a problem with your clocking card, please report this to a member of staff on site immediately.

 

Timesheets

All yellow timesheets must be completed correctly with your name, the client name, week ending date and signed/authorised by the client.  Failure to do so may delay your pay.

Timesheets for Week ending 20th December must be at Partners Employment by 9.00 am on Monday 21st December.

Timesheets for Week ending 27th December must be at Partners Employment by 9.00 am on Tuesday 29th December.

 

Holiday Pay

All holiday requests to be emailed to: industrial@partnersemployment.co.uk

Can I remind everyone that holiday pay can only be paid if it is booked in advance, it cannot be paid after the event. 

Booked holiday can only be paid if you have sufficient accrued holiday.

If you are going away for Christmas & the New Year, can you please let your Recruitment Consultant know when you will be available to work again in the New Year.

If you are not returning to work after the Christmas holidays, please indicate this on your holiday form and complete a P45 request form. 

 

IMPORTANT – Do not close your bank account until we have made your final payment.

 

All Payroll Queries can be emailed to: payroll@partnersemployment.co.uk  Remember to include your name, client worked for and the hours worked each day including the date.

 

During the Christmas & New Year Period we will do our very best to resolve your payroll queries as soon as possible, however some of our clients are on holiday or on shutdown.

Tuesday 29th December                   9.00 – 15.00 )

Wednesday 30th December             9.00 – 15.00 ) Open for phone calls only

Thursday 31st December                 9.00 – 15.00 )

Friday 1st January 2021                   Closed

From Monday 4th January opening hours will be as normal.
