Christmas Pay Information 2019

 

Hours worked during week ending 22nd December (or to Saturday 21st December), for the majority of our clients will be paid Friday 27th December.

 

If you clock/sign in and out, it is your responsibility to ensure you have followed the correct procedure, if you are not sure please speak to your Recruitment Consultant.  If you have a problem with your clocking card, please report this to a member of staff on site immediately.

 

Timesheets

All yellow timesheets must be completed correctly with your name, the client name, week ending date and signed/authorised by the client.  Failure to do so may delay your pay.

Timesheets for Week ending 22nd December must be at Partners Employment by 9.00 am on Monday 23rd December.

 

Cheques  

For week ending 15th December will be available for collection on Friday 20th December between 9.00 am – 4.30 pm.

For week ending 22nd December will be available for collection on Friday 27th December between 9.00 am – 2.00 pm.

 

When using our optional transport, this must be paid at the time you use the transport, if not paid you will be placed on cheque payment.

 

Holiday Pay

Can I remind everyone that holiday pay can only be paid if it is booked in advance, it cannot be paid after the event. 

Booked holiday can only be paid if you have sufficient accrued holiday.

If you are going away for Christmas & the New Year, can you please let your Recruitment Consultant know when you will be available to work again in the New Year.

If you are not returning to work after the Christmas holidays, please indicate this on your holiday form and complete a P45 request form. 

 

IMPORTANT – Do not close your bank account until we have made your final payment.

During the Christmas & New Year Period we will do our very best to resolve your payroll queries as soon as possible, however some of our clients are on holiday or on shutdown.

Wednesday 25th December             Closed

Thursday 26th December                 Closed

Friday 27th December                      9.00 – 15.00

Monday 30th December                   9.00 – 15.00

Tuesday 31st January 2020             9.00 – 15.00

Wednesday 1st January 2020          Closed

From Thursday 2nd January opening hours will be as normal.
