Our well-established Client in Trowbridge is looking for a part time Secretary/Receptionist to join their vibrant team.

If you are organised and enjoy talking with people, then this is the role for you!

This is a part time, permanent role but Hours and days are to be confirmed.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Emails
  • basic Admin duties
  • diary management
  • compiling letters / documents

Experience required:

  • computer literate
  • worked with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Audio typing
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
