An exciting opportunity for a Hr Advisor in Westbury has arisen!

My client in Westbury is looking for a Hr Advisor to join their team.

Job Summary:

You will be supporting the Hr Manger in the delivery of efficient HR support and advisory service to departments. You will be working with colleagues to deliver an effective training administration, maintaining records and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Hr Advisor, you will be proactively managing on site ER matters including, absence, sickness, disciplinary and grievances in the correct manner
  • Coaching and advising Managers on employee relation cases and general management issues
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
  • Supporting the HR manager and the needs of the HR function

  • Look for opportunities to improve our HR processes, practices & people solutions.

Experience requirements:

  • Experience in a similar HR role, with operational HR knowledge
  • Employee relations and change management experience
  • Experience of implementing and driving value adding HR initiatives
  • Handling phone calls, email enquiries and receiving visitors
  • Computer literate, confident and proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint
  • worked in an advisory role for a minimum of 2 years
  • HR experience- minimum of 4 years
  • CIPD qualified
