Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Telemarketing company based on the outskirts of Frome are looking to bring on board a candidate with excellent communication skills to join their successful team.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and confident in talking to various decision makers over the phone, we are looking for someone who is able to quickly build rapport, friendly and passion for delivery excellent customer service.

 

You will work on a wide variety of campaigns including membership support, appointment making and data cleansing.

We are happy to see people that have just graduated looking to gain sales experience, or people with previous telemarketing experience looking for a new challenge or people from a retail sales background.

Full training will be provided however as a candidate you must possess great communication skills and be happy to work toward targets.

 

Key Duties:

  • Making outbound calls to customer in order to book appointments for field staff or clarify data / information.
  • Cleanse the system and keep up it updated with correct information.

This is a temporary position to cover the next 2 months.

This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday with the possibility of working Saturdays which are usually 1 per month.
