Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a background in Customer Service and administration to join our team in Trowbridge.

What you will be doing

  • Receiving and responding to customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Liaising with Internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Mailbox management
  • Providing administrative support where required 

What you should have as a candidate

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good all round admin skills
