We are looking for a candidate with a background in Customer Service and administration to join our team in Trowbridge.
What you will be doing
- Receiving and responding to customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
- Processing customer orders
- Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure delivery requirements are fulfilled.
- Liaising with Internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Mailbox management
- Providing administrative support where required
What you should have as a candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Good all round admin skills
