Job Description

Our client, one of the leading food producers for the health and social care sector is looking for administrative support.

 The provision of administrative support is to the in house Covid testing teams which will involve registration of people and provision of related support and the entry of test data to the NHS system.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Registration of employees presenting for testing : Encouraging and supporting use of online registration, ensuring consent forms are completed and where necessary use of paper registration. Handing out barcodes and swabs
  • Explaining how the swabbing should be done
  • Entering details from registration forms onto NHS website
  • Entering results onto NHS website
  • Being flexible and being part of the covid testing team is important, we all work together and so other related duties may be included such as setting up, cleaning down or photocopying forms

Essential:

  • Proven administration experience 
  • Experience of working with confidential data
  • Computer literate 
  • Good command of written and spoken English language 
  • Admin experience and understanding of GDPR
  •  Good English speaking, reading and writing is also essential  

 

Desirable:

  • Written and or spoken Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian 
  • Experience of working with the NHS

Hours:

Tuesday 15.30-23.30 – registration of Covid-19 lateral flow tests with staff on site

Thursday 5.30-13.30 - registration of Covid-19 lateral flow tests with staff on site

Friday 8.30-4.00 (or until finished) data processing of consent forms

 

Contract length: 2 weeks

Part-time hours: 24 hours a week
