My Client is looking for a Administration Assistant to join their well established, friendly team in Warminster!
We are looking for an Administrator assistant who will work along side the sales and projects team. This will be a varied role, undertaking different tasks, working individually and as a team, in order to deliver outstanding customer service!
- Liaising with clients and suppliers via phone / email
- Scheduling equipment deliveries
- Arranging engineers diary's
- processing delivery notes and worksheets
- Ordering equipment for replacements
we are looking for:
- Someone with proficient use of Excel and word..
- Someone who is organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience within small accounts/ sales experience
- CRM platform experience - not essential as full training will be provided
Easy access to Parking
This is a full time permanent role, Mon-Friday.
Hours will be 8.30AM-5PM, Although hours can be discussed for the right candidate
