Partners Employment has invested in online testing and training software to enable our candidates to be fully prepared for any new role.
Health and Hygiene Training
Upon registration at Partners Employment, all candidates are required to undertake health and hygiene training that requires the candidate to watch two short DVDs relating to health and safety and food hygiene, and then complete a small exam about information gathered from the DVDs. The candidate is required to attain a certain pass mark before they can successfully finish the registration process. This documentation is then signed off and attached to the candidate's internal file.
Our Nvolve Group Learning facilities consist of a listening, reading, and numeracy test that candidates undertake in our office to gauge their level of understanding in English and Maths. Being supplied with an individual keypad, each candidate undertakes the a test of approximately one hour in length, and then is given a certificate at the end. There are five levels of results, and this proves a fantastic resource for clients who wish to ensure that the temporary workers we send to them attain the basic standard of language and numeracy that they require.
Our dexerity testing kit is a highly valuable resource for clients who wish to test the manual dexterity of the candidates we supply. The test consists of circular pieces that must be individually slotted into holes within the dexterity board, and an accurate timer is used to record time.
Skills Testing and Training
Our investment in FastPath skills testing helps to progress candidates through the pre-employment selection process. We have found that skills testing sets a candidate application above the rest enabling increased positive feedback when progressing through the employer selection process. Combining the use of standard skills and knowledge based questioning we can test the following areas:

To further help our candidates we can provide online training in key packages, from novice to advanced, our packages will increase your knowledge and skill levels. FastPath is administered as a web based application and assessments can be launched either in our office or at any remote location allowing you the freedom of when and where you undertake the assessments and training.
We also offer psycometric profiling to our candidates. Our system is designed to produce a detailed picture of a personality and, when added to a C.V., gives a complete picture to the prospective employer. The phrase-based test is completed in our offices and takes approximately 15 minutes and can be offered to temporary and permanent candidates. At the end of the test a print off can be provided for the candidate to take away which details:
- Results graphs - showing internal, external, summary and shift patterns
- Traits - showing strong, weak, simulated and stress levels
- Textual report - which details an overview, personality adaption, advantages & disadvantages, interpersonal skills & relationship management, decision making, organisation & planning, motivation and managing style.
