Candidate Easter Pay Information 2017
Pay Dates – will be as follows:
Week ending 9th April – the pay date will be Thursday 13th April.
All signed timesheets must be at Partners Employment by midday on Monday 10th April.
Cheques will be available for collection from 9.00 am on Thursday 13th April. Any cheques not collected by 4.00 pm on this day will be posted 1st class.
Week ending 16th April – the pay date will be Friday 21st April.
All signed timesheets must be at Partners Employment by 10.00 am on Tuesday 18th April.
Cheques will be available for collection from 9.00 am on Friday 21st April. Any cheques not collected by 4.00 pm on this day will be posted 1st class.
Holiday Pay – Reminder holiday pay can only be paid if it is booked in advance in accordance with your Terms of Engagement.
Holiday pay cannot be paid after the event if the request has not been made in advance.
Queries - There will be no Payroll Queries Clinic on Friday 14th April. Any queries will need to be put in writing on the Payroll Queries Form or you can email your query to: firstname.lastname@example.org, giving full details of hours worked each day (to include the date), client worked for and your name.
P60’s – will be emailed by the end of May.
Email Address - If you have not provided us with your email address please email email@example.com from the email address which you would like your payslips & P60, don’t forget to include your name.
