Duties of the Service Manager will include
* Ensuring that the highest standard of work and customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis.
* Ensure that workshop is maintained at 100% efficiency.
* Handle customer concerns efficiently and satisfactorily.
* Keeping staff updated with the latest brand training courses.
The successful service manager will have the following profile -
* Experience within the motor trade as a service manager.
* Dealership experience is essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Full driving licence.
* Customer focused.
