PT Bookeeper

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced part time purchase ledger book keeper to work for our clients based on the outskirts of Bath.

Your role would include:

  • Input all purchase invoices on 2 business sets of accounts
  • Deal with P/L queries
  • Deal with suppliers as required, including some ordering from suppliers
  • Match P/L invoices are correct vs POs
  • Match our P/L creditor details to supplier statements
  • Make fortnightly and monthly BACS payment runs, using Natwest Bankline, plus other one-off payments, ensuring payments are made accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Check and update purchase costs onto spreadsheet-based product costings analysis on at least a weekly basis.
  • File all P/L invoices accurately and promptly be well organised and tidy minded !!
  • Other book keeping tasks as required

As a candidate you should have the following:

  • Experience and or qualifications in book keeping
  • Experience of working on computerised accounts package
  • Competent Spreadsheet user
  • Able to deal with suppliers
  • Use of banking online software
