Job Description

We are are looking for a candidate to join this well established firm in Corsham as their Junior Administrator.

The position itself is very varied and will invlove the following

  • Answering the telephone
  • Sending confirmations
  • Scanning
  • Printing
  • Organising Samples to send to customers
  • Using Sage Accounts
  • Using CRM
  • Raising Quotes

This is a temp role at the moment but could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.

To be considered for the role we would like you to have a bit of office experience, it goes without saying you should be happy on the phone and have good all round IT skills.
