To deliver an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our guests across a variety of food outlets. General duties include taking guest orders at tills and handling the payment, serving orders, replenishing stock levels, completing any paperwork in line with departmental procedures, and working as part of the busy team to ensure the unit provides great service in a timely fashion.
You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention, whilst upselling items.
