Customer Experience Team Leader

Job Description

What will I be doing:

You will be heading up the Customer Service team and be responsible for the planning, organization and management of the team. This will involve providing training and coaching support, review performance, monitoring of KPIs

We are looking for a candidate that can lead by example, happy to jump on the phones at peak times and manage and resolve escalated calls.

What experience will I need to have:

You will need to have experience within a team lead role, ideally within a call center or phone based team. It goes without saying that you should have great communications skill
