Job Description

We are currently working with a local employer who are looking for helpline staff to work on its technical support team.

If you would like to be considered for this role you will need to be able to deliver great inbound customer service and quality technical support over the phone and online. (training is provided)

Key skills need for this role are:

  • Great communicator skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Microsoft office
  • Be able to multi task and prioritise
  • Patience and empathy understanding

The role is working on a shift pattern operating between 8am - 7pm Mon - Sat and 10am - 4pm Sunday. Hours can be flexible !

Due to the location of this client own transport is essential.
