Customer Advisor

Job Description

We are recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced customer care advisers to join our customer care team on a full or part-time basis at our contact centre in Frome.

Customer Care Advisers act as a gateway of information for our customers and go the extra mile to exceed our customers expectations across all mediums which include phone, email and social media

These roles are to cover our busy period and due to start in July and carry on till the end of January/ February.

As a candidate you should have great customer service skills, ideally have worked in retail but happy to consider people from a face to face or phone based customer service background.
