Job Description

Wea re looking for an experienced administrator to join our client based in Warminster on a temp to perm basis,

General admin duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Logging projects on software (Clik)
  • Coordinate multiple large projects from start to finish
  • Providing updates to clients
  • Providing support to the Project Team
  • Liaising with contractors/suppliers in ordering goods and services
  • Using database (Clik) to raise quotes, purchase orders and to monitor progress
  • Co-ordinate work calendar with other members of the team
  • Co-ordinate any issues in conjunction with reactive calls and projects
  • Make sure correct documentation is received from contractors (invoices, worksheets)
  • Process jobs to completion ready for passing to accounts department for invoicing
  • Any other administrative roles that are required to facilitate good customer service
