Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join this team in Warminster to provide admin support to Project and Sales Managers in a varied and fast paced role to ensure the successful delivery of projects.  This role is offered on a temp to perm basis.

Main Duties:

  • Focusing on projects from new quote requests to commissioning and handover, using a bespoke database for data entry
  • Raising purchase orders, sending to suppliers, coordinating with delivery dates check deliveries, checking invoices received correctly
  • Organising small team of engineer’s daily calendar and tasks, booking attendance with clients and other engineers required to complete the task
  • Auditing Projects documentation on completion
  • Weekly reporting on Projects and on-going installation works to MD
  • Minute taking in weekly Project and Sales meeting and ensuring action points are completed

Desired Skills

  • Excellent computer and communication skills, via both telephone and email
  • Ability to works under pressure and prioritise work load
  • Experience of diary management
  • A good eye for detail with the ability to identify and question inaccuracies
