Administrator/ Customer Services Exec - Financial Services

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a background within administration and customer service to join this expanding business here in Chippenham.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting and updating customer records
  • Managing incoming customer queries and passing through to the relevant department
  • General admin support for the sales team

To be considered for the role you must have previous experience within an admin role, be happy dealing with customers over the phone and face to face, possess excellent IT skills and have great attention to detail.

On offer is a basic salary of between £16,000 - £21,000 depending on experience along with an annual pay review and bonus scheme and the chance to work in a fun and friendly office environment !
