Administrator/ Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to join this UK wide company as a virtual Coordinator/ Administrator.

The company has loads of sites all over the UK and we are looking for an organised and proactive candidate to keep on top of all maintenance work that needs to be carried out over the year.

With 600 properties and 7000/8000 jobs that need doing every this is no small task ! You will need to prioritise work, keep on top of contractors, log works that need doing and check off the list once done.

As a candidate you will need to be uber organised, love a list and be happy to work under your own steam.

This role is a home based role spread over 5 days, working 4 hours a day.

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded that has worked in a senior admin based role before.

On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (pro rata), and a company laptop.

This role is offered on a 3 - 6 month temporary role, however there is a possibility for this role to go permanent. There is also an opportunity to take on more.
