We are looking for a candidate with good admin skills to join our client busy team on a 6 month contract
Your role will involve:
- Processing customer sales orders
- Reviewing stock availability
- Order scheduling, tracking and booking confirmations
- Daily Liaison with Warehouse & Sales Managers
- Generating & issuing Sales Orders within agreed timescales
- General customer queries
- Generating & Issuing reports to wider business
A good working knowledge of excel would be an advantage, as would any previous data entry work.
You will need to have excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
